Text message alerts

Book A Terp is scheduling software for interpreting agencies. Interpreters who have a Book A Terp account can choose to get text messages about their own work: new job offers, schedule changes, and cancellations.

How to opt in

Texts are off until you turn them on. In your Book A Terp account, go to Settings → Alerts, enter your mobile number, and check the box below. The box is never checked for you, and you can use Book A Terp without it.

Text me job offers, schedule changes, and cancellations from Book A Terp. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to use Book A Terp or to work with any agency.

What we send

New job offers sent to you by an agency you work with
Reminders that an offer is about to expire
Changes or cancellations to a job you accepted

Message frequency varies with how many offers you receive. Texts never include the name, health information, or address of the person being served. You see those details only in the app, after you accept a job. We do not send marketing texts.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You can also turn texts off in Settings → Alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bookaterp.com.
